Rather predictable result when second rankedDecin (12-4) won against at home 5th ranked Liberec (8-9) 75-69 on Friday. Decin forced 19 Liberec turnovers. Point guard Marek Houska (194-2009) nailed 12 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists for the winning side and point guard Jan Jerabek (160-2007) accounted for 17 points. Center Jakub Hojdar (202-1988) came up with 19 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists and forward Filip Novotny (192-1999) added 20 points and 7 rebounds respectively for Liberec in the defeat. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Decin have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain second place with 12-4 record behind leader Plzen, which they share with Zlin. Loser Liberec keeps the fifth position with nine games lost. They share it with Brno 2.
